    We want you to be 100% satisfied! If not, cancel within 71 days, and there's no further obligation nor commitment. After the 71-day trial period, we have a strict no-refund policy (even if you cancel before you next billing date). We're confident you'll love what we offer!

  • Billing and Cancellation
    - To avoid any charges, remember to cancel your membership before your next billing date if you decide to leave us.

  • HIPAA Compliant Go High Level Unlimted Account & Additional Fees For Advanced Features

    - Your GHL starter account is included free with your IMPACT Club membership
    - And is fully HIPAA compliant and ready to use. We've already done the hard work.
    - Your account comes fully unlocked with unlimited contacts, funnels, sites, calendars, etc.

    - Go High Level uses a-la-carte pricing for advanced features (i.e. sending outbound emails & text messages, dedicated IP addresses, phone numbers, AI assistants, VOIP, etc.)

    - You choose which features to use and are responsible for any associated costs

    - You'll need to add a credit card to your account for automatic payment processing (like a hotel keeps your CC on file "in case" you use stuff in the mini-fridge)
    - You will only be charged additional fees if you use these advanced features. For example, sending 10,000 emails will incur an extra $3 fee.

    - Go High Level charges advanced feature fees on EVERY GHL account, whether it's inside the IMPACT Club, you sign up with GHL directly, or choose another agency to host your GHL account.

    Let's keep our community positive, respectful, and spam-free. Treat others well, and they'll do the same for you!

  • Grown-Ups Only (Age Requirement)
    Members must be at least 18 years old to join our club.

  • Privacy Matters
    We guard your info like a treasure and are committed to protecting your data. View our full privacy policy here.

  • If You Say Goodbye & Cancel Your IMPACT Club Membership
    We'll be sad to see you go, but we'll respect your decision. Please note:

    - Your access to The IMPACT Club along with the community & all the tools & resources will end immediately upon your cancellation.

    - 10-Day grace period
    - - You absolutely may transfer your account to another agency with no fees from us. You have up to 10 days to transfer your GHL account to another agency and/or download your data after cancelling. We highly suggest you make the request before cancelling your IMPACT Club membership.
    --All 3rd party services including your Full Script & Your Go High Level accounts and all associated data will be PERMANENTLY DELETED 10 days after cancelling your IMPACT Club membership with no backup or recovery available.

  • MOVE THINK SMILE, LLC owns & manages The IMPACT CLUB
    Which means all our normal terms of service, privacy policy, DMCA policy & Full Disclosures apply.

  • Let's Talk It Out (Dispute Resolution)
    Any disputes will be handled through friendly arbitration under South Carolina law.

  • Account Security
    Keep your login details safe and secure. You're responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.

  • Playing with Others (Third-Party Services)
    We work with services like Go High Level & Full Script. Their terms also apply when you use them.

  • Following the Rules (Termination Rights)
    We might need to show you the door if you don't play nice. That means we reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms, but we're sure that won't be you!

  • Expecting the Unexpected (Force Majeure)
    Sometimes life throws curveballs. We're not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. But, if something out of our control impacts our service, we'll do our best to fix it ASAP.

  • Just for You (Non-Transferable)
    Your awesome IMPACT club membership is just for you and can't be transferred to others.
