To receive the $25/hour rate, Virtual Assistant Hours Are Sold In Minimum 18 Hour Blocks ($450 = 18hrs @ $25 an hour).

If you want less than 18 hours of VA support, we can accommodate. Just note the price increases to $50/hour.

Our Virtual Assistant is a Certified HighLevel expert. While they can help with anything HighLevel tech related, a virtual assistant does NOT work with marketing strategy, writing copy or creating images & videos.

A Certified HighLevel Tech VA works best when you have all your materials ready (i.e. messaging and creative), and you know exactly what you want built inside your GHL account. Giving them detailed guidance is key.

A) The VA is a certified HighLevel tech expert only. While they can make your systems and operations more efficient so you can save money & time, they absolutely should NOT be used for marketing strategy, copywriting, creative, funnel reviews, offers, pricing, closing sales, advertising etc.

B) You are the project manager (unless you hire us). We simply connect you with the VA and do not manage their work, unless you explicitly ask us to do so for an additional fee. While we have vetted their HighLevel expertise, you are fully responsible for the projects and tasks you give them. It is important you give the VA very detailed guidance so they know exactly what you want. Quality input dictates quality output.

Neither MOVE THINK SMILE LLC nor The IMPACT Club guarantees or warrants the VA project you manage, nor the work you ask the VA to perform. MOVE THINK SMILE LLC is simply an intermediary matchmaker. If you would like help managing, reviewing and quality controlling VA work & projects, we're available for an additional fee.

C) VA work requires either a minimum of $450, or 50% down payment of the estimated project to get started at the $25/hour rate, whichever is greater.

The only exception is if you are paying the full $50 rate, in which case you pay in full to get started (i.e. you buy 2 hours, and $100 is due to get started). If it takes more than the purchased VA time, you will need to "recharge" your VA hours before they can continue.

D) We have a strict NO REFUND policy on all VA work. If you purchase VA hours and don't use them, we do not offer refunds. And since you're the project manager, we do not offer refunds on the either the time it takes to complete a project, nor the results of the completed project work. No guarantees. No refunds.
